So what do we think?

Well for the first 6 years, j6 advertised in the Yellow pages and we found it always paid for itself but we never saw any great ROI. It never brought the business to us that Google has. It hasn't even come close to competing in any year. Thus, we decided this year not to bother advertising in Yellow Pages at all.

"But your a web business" we hear you say, "people will naturally go online to see web designers!" Yes true, which is why we always suggest to clients to monitor how many customers come from each source.

I can confidently say that ALL our clients find that Google brings many, many, many more customers than the Yellow Pages.
